University 2 is a 6 story wood frame, 132 unit residential building located in Edmonton's University neighborhood.

Update :

• University II is now being marketed to prospective tenants. One and two bedroom show suites have been staged.
• The front lobby features a curtain wall vestibule and Telus Smart Home access controls.
• The south-facing courtyard presents with a green-living space, outdoor kitchen and privacy screens for ground floor tenants.
• Main floor exterior finishing details are underway: including exterior lighting and railings.

• Building occupancy was achieved on December 19th, 2023 and tenant lease-ups are underway!
